On the 4th October Daisy First Aid were invited to Whatson4kids annual awards hosted at Natwest Bishopsgate London.
Jo and I were really excited to attend and catch up with all of our franchise and business friends.
We had been told we were finalists for TWO awards but were gobsmacked find out we had been highly commended for both of them!!!

This event is attended by lots of absolutely fabulous businesses that entertain, educate and motivate little ones and their families. We all share the same vision that nurturing babies and children from a young age can have a huge, positive impact on their lives as they grow.

We were really excited to meet the VIP Guest Speaker and 2017 Awards Ambassador Sam Quek MBE, Olympic Gold Medallist, GB Hockey and I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here contestant 2016!
Sam was absolutely lovely and delivered a fantastic motivational speech on her path to success. She was really honest about the sheer hard work, the disappointments and determination it took to win her gold medal.
Sam says – “I was very fortunate at a young age to be encouraged to play sport and particularly hockey. Now as an Olympic Gold Medalist, I am living proof of the importance of kids’ clubs and classes and how teachers, class leaders and coaches inspire, empower and propel children to achieve.
That’s why I am so delighted to be the Ambassador and VIP Speaker for the 2017 What’s On 4 Kids Awards with Strider Bike – recognising and celebrating the amazing people from across the UK making such a difference to children’s lives. I wish all the finalists the best of luck and can’t wait to meet them on the day!”
