FAQ’s

Do I need a first aid qualification to run a children's activity?

While legal requirements vary depending on your activity type and setting, most children’s activity providers are expected to have at least one qualified first aider present at sessions. Many insurers and booking venues also require evidence of first aid training. Our team can help you identify the right qualification for your specific setting and requirements.

Which first aid course is most suitable for activity providers?

It depends on your role and the nature of your activity. The Baby & Child First Aid course is a great starting point for anyone working with younger children. For a nationally recognised qualification, the Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) or Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) are both popular choices for activity providers. Get in touch and we’ll help you find the right fit.
