  • Recognise and understand depression
  • Recognise and understand anxiety
  • Recognise and understand trauma
  • Recognise and understand stress
  • Recognise and understand identity and adjustment disorder
  • Help benchmark your mental health and recognise when you or a loved one needs help
  • Help understand, recognise and plan for stress triggers of yourself or a loved one
  • Help understand, recognise and plan for how to deal with sleep disruption
  • Help understand, recognise and plan for bad days
  • Help to give yourself permission to put yourself first and improve your mental health
  • Understand where you can go to get help with mental health

Duration:

Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours

This online course can be completed on any PC or mobile device. Learners can study at their own pace, and log in and out as often as they wish
