Hi, I’m Keri Jamieson – and I’m excited to be bringing Daisy First Aid to East Cheshire, Altrincham & Sale!
I’m proud to offer life-saving first aid training to parents, carers, schools, nurseries, and businesses across the East Cheshire, Altrincham & Sale areas.
Joining Daisy has been an exciting step for me – not only because I’m passionate about health and safety, but because I truly believe that first aid is something everyone should feel confident in. Whether you’re a parent, educator, or team leader, knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference.
At Daisy First Aid East Cheshire, Altrincham & Sale, I aim to deliver courses that are fun, relaxed, and inclusive – with no pressure, no jargon, and lots of practical knowledge you’ll actually remember. I’m here to make first aid accessible and empowering, especially for those who may feel nervous about it.
You can join one of our friendly local sessions, or I can bring our award-winning classes to your home, school, nursery, or workplace – wherever works best for you.

1 hour | Newborn to 12 months | In-person & online
Our Baby First Aid course covers all the essential first aid skills every parent and carer of a young baby should know — from responding to choking and unconsciousness to recognising signs of serious illness. Perfect for expectant parents, new mums and dads, grandparents, and anyone who cares for a baby. Available as an in-person class in your local area or as an online course you can complete at your own pace, on any device.

2 hours | Newborn to childhood | In-person & online
Our most popular course. This multi award-winning class covers first aid for both babies and children, giving you the skills and confidence to handle a wide range of emergencies — from choking and CPR to burns, seizures, and allergic reactions. Suitable for anyone who cares for a baby or child. Available as a hands-on in-person class with one of our expert instructors, or as an online course you can complete at your own pace, on any device.

Anaphylaxis Awareness

Delivered at your home, workplace or setting
A serious allergic reaction can escalate rapidly — and knowing how to respond could save a life. This course provides anyone responsible for the safety of others with an in-depth understanding of how to recognise the signs of anaphylaxis, administer an auto-injector (such as an EpiPen), and put appropriate management plans in place. Delivered on-site at your workplace, school, or community setting, this session is suitable for any individual or team who may need to respond to a severe allergic reaction.
