Hello, I’m Christine, the Daisy First Aid Trainer for Birkenhead and the surrounding area. I’m here to help parents and carers gain the skills and confidence to respond calmly if a child needs first aid.
Before becoming a Daisy First Aid Trainer, I spent over 20 years working with children and families as a paediatric nurse, including 10 years as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how overwhelming emergencies can be for parents and carers, and understand the importance of being prepared.
I’m passionate about creating a relaxed, welcoming and enjoyable learning environment where you can ask any questions, practise new skills and leave feeling confident in your ability to deal with common childhood emergencies.
I offer our award-winning Daisy First Aid classes at local venues, in workplaces, or in the comfort of your own home, making it easy to learn in a way that suits you and your family.
In addition to family first aid classes, I also deliver first aid training for schools and students, First Aid at Work courses, and specialist training for children’s activity providers.
As both a paediatric healthcare professional and a Daisy First Aid Trainer, nothing is more rewarding than ensuring others leave a class feeling confident rather than anxious.
