This course is perfect for pregnancy, the early days of parenthood and well beyond.

The course is designed to help break the stigma and get in front of mental health issues to prevent mental health crisis. This is course will help you to recognise mental health issues (in yourself, a friend or partner) and get the relevant support and help you need in place as quickly as possible.

According to a study carried out by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists 28% of women feel there is a stigma attached to a perinatal mental health problems. It can be difficult to discuss mental health problems but this course is designed to arm you with the facts and uses scientifically proven practises such as mindfulness and CBT to help you create a personal wellbeing plan that you can return to time and time again when you feel you need a bit of extra support.
