Hi I’m Jules, your local Daisy First Aid Trainer for South & West Cumbria.

Here are 5 things about me…

Why I became a Daisy First Aid Trainer….

Daisy First Aid has given me an amazing opportunity to have the work/life/home with children balance I desire yet also being able to do a job I love.

I can’t wait to get started in May!

My background/own experience…

I trained in Sheffield as a Paediatric Nurse and then did further training in Neonatal Nursing on my move up to Cumbria.
I left Nursing after having the first of my three children and have been looking for something that gives me the same pleasure and passion since!
Having spent a long time working with new parents and families, I think its fantastic that Daisy First Aid exists to pass on such important and valuable knowledge and skills.

What I’m looking forward to about teaching…

I’m very excited to be working with and meeting lots of different people and beautiful babies!
Daisy classes are fun, informative and friendly and will be a pleasure to teach.

My proudest moment…

It’s not often you get the opportunity to reflect like this but I’ve always been proud of myself for heading off to University in Sheffield at the age of 18 which marked the start of my nursing career.
I’m proud of my three children and husband every day (corny but true!) and I’m proud of myself now for joining Daisy!

Something fun/interesting/ or important about me….

I have four alpacas, two dogs, four chickens and a fish!

What I will be offering & where…
