As a mum of two young children, I know first-hand how scary those “what if” moments can feel. What if they choke? What if they fall and hit their head? Would I know what to do?

That’s what led me to Daisy First Aid, and now I’m passionate about giving other families the same calm and confidence I wish I’d had when I became a parent.

What to expect in a class with me

My classes are friendly, informal, and packed with useful, real-life information. You’ll learn how to deal with CPR, choking, burns, bleeding, head injuries, febrile seizures, and more. All with no tests, no pressure, and plenty of reassurance.

Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, babysitter or carer, you’ll leave feeling informed, confident, and ready to help if the worst ever happens.

Why I love this work

Helping people learn life-saving skills is honestly one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Watching someone go from nervous to confident in the space of a class never gets old—and as both a healthcare professional and a mum, I know how important that feeling is.

Where I teach

I run small group sessions in local venues across West Lothian, and I also offer private sessions in homes, as well as bespoke training for schools, nurseries and community groups.
