Hi, I’m Rachel, your Daisy First Aid trainer for the Peterborough area, delivering friendly, practical baby and child first aid classes for parents, carers, families and anyone involved in the care of children.
Before starting this role, I spent 12 years as a police officer, specialising as a detective in child protection, where safeguarding children and supporting families was at the heart of everything I did. Now, as a mum of two myself, I understand just how worrying it can feel when a child is unwell or injured.
I’m passionate about helping other feels more confident and prepared, and I aim to create relaxed, welcoming classes where you can learn essential life-saving skills in a way that feels reassuring, supportive and easy to remember.
