About Me

Hello!  I’m Kirsty, and I am a Paediatric First Aid Trainer.  I provide local baby and child first aid classes to parents, parents-to-be, grandparents, family members, carers, or anybody spending time with children including babysitters, teachers, soft play staff (the list is endless …) in the Stirlingshire and surrounding areas.

Having worked in the NHS for 15 years as a Clinical Scientist specialising in microbiology, I have seen first hand how important it is to seek medical advice when it is necessary, and knowing the right time to do this, and when a little bit of first aid goes a long way.

As a mum to a teenage son who has not known the meaning of danger since he was born, plays rugby, and any other sport he can get involved in, and a daughter who is a keen gymnast and dancer, I have personal experience of a wide variety of first aid emergencies, from cuts and grazes to broken bones!
