Our award winning baby first aid class offers parent’s the skills and confidence to help their children in an emergency situation. Our classes cover newborn babies all the way up to children of 18 years old.
Classes are relaxed, fun and practical and will give you hands-on training for a variety of situations where time can make all the difference. You can chose to come to our venue class, or arrange a class in your home and we’ll come to you!
Classes include training for burns, bleeding, fevers, choking, resuscitation, CPR and much more,
- suitable for parents/grandparents/friends & family
- give you the skills & confidence to act fast in an emergency
- babies under 12 months welcome
- classes in your own home for groups of 4+
- evenings & weekends available
Our classes are great to do if you are expecting your baby, either as a couple, NCT group or with family and friends – the class is suitable during pregnancy.
Equally, if you haven’t managed to do it before baby (or you have older babies that you are about to start weaning – or even toddlers that are starting to wonder into dangerous situations) then the class is still a great thing to do.
Our baby first aid class will leave you feeling empowered and and prepared.

About Me
Hello, I’m Jules and I’m the owner and paediatric first aid trainer at Daisy First Aid Western Lakes and Coast Cumbria
I am a proud mum of 3 and an a former senior paediatric nurse. I have extensive first aid training and experience within this industry and I’m delighted to pass on this life saving knowledge to parents, carers, schools and professionals in Ulverston and surrounding areas.
Whether you are a parent, grandparent, carer or teacher I have a course suited to give you the confidence to respond promptly and effectively to any first aid incident or emergency.
The courses we offer are not scary, we take the fear out of first aid and instead give you the knowledge and confidence to deal with the situation.
Did you know that you can take first aid courses in a friendly and comfortable environment? We can offer classes in your home, via Zoom meeting online or at a chosen venue.
